At Gradewise, we provide online educational courses and digital learning services. As all our offerings are delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping or delivery of products.
1. Digital Delivery
- Upon successful enrollment and payment, students receive access to their courses via the Gradewise platform, email, or other online tools.
- Access details (login credentials, course links, class schedules, etc.) will be shared within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
2. No Physical Shipping
- We do not deliver any physical products, books, or materials by courier or post.
- All resources such as assignments, study notes, PDFs, and recordings are provided in digital format only.
3. Support & Access Issues

- Our support team will resolve access-related issues within 1–3 business days.
4. International Students
- Since our services are completely online, international students also receive immediate access after payment—without shipping delays.
