Welcome to Gradewise (https://gradewise.in), an international online platform providing high-quality educational courses and learning support. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Access to course materials (videos, assignments, PDFs, live sessions, etc.) is restricted to the registered student only.
Course access duration will be mentioned on the course page. Extensions may be granted only in exceptional cases upon written request.
Sharing login credentials, materials, or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Fees & Payment

All course fees must be paid in full before the course begins, unless otherwise specified.
Payments can be made through secure gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, Netbanking, Cards, etc.).
Gradewise reserves the right to revise course prices at any time. However, fees already paid remain unaffected.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gradewise.in within 3 calendar days of enrollment.
No refunds will be provided once live classes begin or digital materials are accessed.
In case of duplicate payments or technical issues, full refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
If a course is canceled by Gradewise, enrolled students will receive a full refund.

4. Class Schedule & Attendance

Class schedules will be communicated in advance via email, WhatsApp, or the student dashboard.
Students are expected to attend live sessions regularly and on time.
Recordings may be provided for missed classes, depending on the course structure.
Gradewise is not responsible for missed sessions due to student absence.

5. Student Conduct

Students must maintain discipline, respect instructors and peers, and follow professional conduct.
Hate speech, harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior will result in suspension or permanent ban.
Use of bots, automated tools, or unauthorized systems to access our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, assignments, worksheets, PDFs, logos, branding, etc.) is the intellectual property of Gradewise.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is not allowed.
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials solely for personal learning.

7. Technical Requirements & Support

Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, compatible device, and necessary software (Zoom, Google Meet, PDF Reader, etc.).
Gradewise provides limited technical support via email or WhatsApp for login or platform-related issues.

8. Assessments & Certificates

Certificates may be issued only if students meet the course requirements (attendance, assignments, exams).
Levels or grades (where applicable) are awarded based on performance and participation.
Gradewise reserves the right to deny certification for non-compliance.

9. Policy & Course Changes

Gradewise may update course content, instructors, schedules, or policies to improve quality.
Major changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Gradewise strives to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific results, grades, or job placement.
We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Student information is kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
For international students, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
